This pack showcases our entire premium line of tins from Espinaler. Each tin is presented in a ready to serve box. It also includes a package of presliced acorn fed Ibérico ham shoulder and a package of presliced acorn fed Ibérico pork loin. This pack will be prepared with care and includes the following:

* Bonito Tuna Belly (Ventresca de Bonito del Norte): This cut of tuna, also known as ventresca, comes from the underside (belly) of the fish that has a more tender and moist meat. It is manually tinned in whole chunks to maintain the natural texture and avoid any deterioration of the fat between the layers of fish.

* Baby Squids in Olive Oil (Chipirones en Aceite de Oliva): These baby squids come whole and are stuffed with their own tentacles according to a traditional process, which maintains their delicate taste and texture. 

* Baby Sardines in Olive Oil (Sardinillas en Aceite de Oliva): These baby sardines come from the Rias Baixas on the Galician Coast. They are cleaned by hand, steamed and packed in olive oil.

* Cockles in Brine (Berberechos al natural): These hand packed cockles come from Galicia, an area known for the highest quality cockles in Europe. Their soft texture has a briny taste that pairs well with the juice from the tin.

* Mussels in Pickled Sauce (Mejillones en Escabeche): These Galician mussels are hand packed and conserved in a traditional marinade sauce that has a smooth flavor.

*Olives Stuffed with Anchovy (Aceitunas rellenas de anchoa): These green olives, of the Manzanilla variety, are plump and fleshy with a mild taste. The olives are pitted and stuffed with a generous portion of anchovy paste, which results in an excellent combination of flavors.

* Appetizer Sauce (Salsa de Aperitivo): Made with vinegar, red paprika and spices. This tangy sauce compliments any snack or tinned appetizer. Made with the same family recipe since 1950.

* The 3 oz package of pork shoulder has a rich and sweet taste with a soft texture that melts in your mouth. It is thinly sliced by hand and packaged into easy to separate slices that are ready for serving.

* The 1.5 oz package of pork loin is made from just one cut of meat that is seasoned with paprika, garlic, oregano and salt and cured for several months. It is packaged in thinly cut slices that are ready for serving.
