Often when we visit their production facility and flagship store, local workers from the surrounding area stop in for a vermouth and tapa during the usual morning brunch. This brand embodies the lifestyle of its nearest coastline, the Costa Brava, which is only a few minutes away.

Espinaler Cockles in Brine, Berberechos al natural hand packed cockles come from Galicia, specifically from the Galician Rias along the Atlantic Coast. This area is known for the highest quality cockles in Europe. Their soft texture has a briny taste that pairs well with the juice from the tin. In Spain they are often served as a tapa accompanied by a vermouth or used as an ingredient in main courses.
