These Mussels are protected under the Designation of Origin "Mexillón de Galicia" and are from the best producing areas located by the Ría de Arosa. The placement and packaging are done manually by expert hands to guarantee the best presentation, selecting piece by piece according to its size. They are quickly fried in olive oil and coated by Real Conservera escabeche sauce made with natural paprika, black pepper, cloves and laurel.
