Since it uses the same raw materials as its superior, both brands are worked on the same production day. These sardines are captured in the Atlantic Ocean during the months of May to December. The best of them are chosen and treated with the most care until they reach Real Conservera facilities. Just as the sister brand the cleaning, roasting, and packing process is all done by hand.
