These small sardines are captured in the Atlantic Ocean during the months of May to December. The best ones are chosen and treated with the most care until they are delivered to Real Conservera's facilities. The cleaning, roasting, and packing process is all handmade. All of this care results in a unique "Sardinilla" that has achieved international prestige and constitutes one of the Conservera Española emblems.
The sardines are packed with olive oil and a slice of lemon, which over time infuses the olive oil with a subtle lemon aroma without altering the natural taste of the sardines.
