These Small Sardines are captured in the Atlantic Ocean from the months of May to December. The best of them are chosen and treated with the most care until they reach Real Conservera facilities. The cleaning, roasting and packing process is all handmade. All of these pampering results are a unique "Sardinilla" that has achieved international prestige and constitutes one of the Conservera Española emblems.
Sardines come in a red guindilla pepper-infused oil, which brings a very mild heat to very bite.
