These very small Sardines are captured in the Atlantic Ocean during the months of May to December. The best of them are chosen and treated with the most care until they reach Real Conservera facilities.
The cleaning, roasting, and packing process is all handmade. The result is a unique "Sardinilla" that has achieved international prestige and constitutes one of the Conservera Española emblems.
