Yuzu is a citrus fruit popular in Japanese cuisine. The skins of Valencian grown yuzu are pressed with O-Med’s arbequina olives, resulting in a uniquely fragrant citrus oil without overwhelming the flavors of the arbequina oil. Its citric acidity (similar to an orange or lemon) is versatile in the kitchen. It enhances the flavors of seafood dishes such as ceviche and crab, pastas, or may be used in desserts and cocktails.
The oil is presented in a 250 ml painted bottle.
